advice, an ICT help package, that will give them up to three full days in-school
support per year as well as telephone and email assistance.
The package is particularly designed for schools where there
is no ICT specialist.
This package does not offer repair support, although this can be arranged at
a favourable rate with one of our expert partner companies.

OR any other needs as identified by the school with regard to ICT and its use in
the curriculum. The pattern for the support can be identified with the Headteacher
for individual visits or for the whole year in advance.
The aim of the support package is to make available as versatile and flexible
a support service as possible - to make the time really valuable to the individual school’s
needs. It is NOT an “off the shelf” - take it or leave it offer, but
one tailored to the particular needs of the school.
Prior to the first day’s visit and after signing the agreement we will
carry out a free inventory of all your ICT equipment so we have a clear picture
of the school’s ICT facilities.
